I- Reservation and online payment

• To order your transfer, fill in the reservation form .
• Taxis Maroc offers you the choice either to pay your order online or directly to the driver at the end of your transfer.
• All reservations must be made 2 hours in advance.
• For any information about your order, contact our customer service 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm GMT at +212 627 795 675.

II- Reception of confirmation by e-mail and SMS.

• Receive the confirmation of your reservation by e-mail and SMS, indicating the details of your transfer: number of reservation, telephone of your driver, starting date/time, number of flight…
• Receive the call of our customer service to check your starting conditions, in the event of a possible delay thank you to announce it.
• In the event of cancellation of your reservation, contact us to refund your order in the 48 hours which follow.

III- Transfert

• Our freight agent will deal with to you according to the hour and the starting place mentioned at the time of your reservation, For any information request do not hesitate to contact us.
